Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Order cancellation requests must be made before the product is shipped.
  2. Once the product is shipped, cancellation will not be possible through our website.

Return Policy:

  1. Return/Exchange is available only for selected Perfume and Eau De Parfum products.
  2. Return eligibility details are mentioned on the product page and may change without prior notice.
  3. If pickup service is not available at your location, the customer must self-ship the product to our office address.
  4. Return/Exchange charges may apply depending on the product and reason for return.

Refund Policy:

  1. Refund requests are accepted only in case of:
  • Damaged or leaking product
  • Wrong or missing item
  • Manufacturing defect
  1. Once the returned product is picked up and verified, the refund will be processed within 7 working days using the original payment method.

Important Notes for Return:

  • Perfumes and Eau De Parfum must be unused, unopened, and sealed.
  • Products showing signs of use, opened seals, leakage, or damage will not be accepted due to hygiene reasons.
  • Items should be returned in original packaging with labels intact.
  • Customized, personalized, or gift-set perfumes are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Return/Exchange requests raised after the specified return period (as mentioned on the product page) will not be accepted.
